Located in Erith, JDM Scaffolding Ltd is a family-run scaffolding company that has served the industry for over 20 years. We deliver safe, intelligent and resourceful answers to our client’s challenges from the start to the finish of their contracts. Areas covered by JDM Scaffolding include Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Dartford, Gravesend, Orpington, Sidcup and Kent. We also extend our services into London and the Southern Home Counties. We pride ourselves on the delivery of modern scaffolding services at competitive prices. Our projects range in size from domestic to commercial and maintenance work.

JDM Scaffolding currently has a workforce of 40+ dedicated staff covering roles from yardmen to senior management. JDM Scaffolding offer a bespoke design service from TG20 compliance sheet, to a fully scaled all section design service where we can have our design engineer attend site for conformity and clarity at competitive rates

JDM Scaffolding believe that building a solid relationship with our clients has been based on honest and transparent quotes with order values that can be trusted.

It has become increasingly common for our estimating team to begin working with clients at the tender stage to help with thepresence of hidden or unknown variables, that are difficult or impossible to anticipate, and sometimes even more difficult to resolve.

It is everyone’s responsibility to ensure that the workplace is safe. This includes identifying and removing hazards, developing safe work practices, identifying and seeking appropriate training, and using appropriate protective gear and equipment.

Whilst our Health and Safety Team will play a key role in providing a safe workplace, it is the responsibility of each jDM employee to be proactive in ensuring a safe working environment.
Our in house Health and Safety manager is qualified to level six, he is registered with CISRS as a senior instructor for access with the CITB helping develop training and understanding throughout the workforce and clients. In addition ‘The Scaffold Association’ also uses him as a senior member for their training committee.

Ensuring a smooth and efficiently functioning office is key.

JDM Scaffolding offer a fully staffed office area five days a week. Offering services to our own staff such as pay roll, holiday bookings, and ordering of PPE and work uniform. To our clients we offer services of; written quotations, pavement permits, parking dispensation arrangements, meetings with the councils and ensuring our clients enquiries are sent and dealt with the correct person within the business. JDM Scaffolding has enjoyed continued growth since its inception whilst maintaining an excellent safety record. The company builds strong working relationships with customers and currently generates the majority of its business activity from these relationships. We pride ourselves on staff retention – over 50% of our employees have been with us for 15 years or more with 95% of our staff having worked for us for over 2 years.
